SPAGHETTI WITH “BOLOGNESE” SAUCE

Ingredients (for 4 persons)

  • 400 gr. spaghetti
  • 300 gr. ground beef
  • 500 gr. fresh red tomatoes
  • celery
  • onion
  • salt & pepper
  • parmigiano cheese

Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil until gold color
Add the celery (chopped)
Right after add the tomatoes (diced)
Add the beef and cook SLOWLY for 2-3 hours
When the sauce is done cook the pasta al dente ( do not overcook it).
When the pasta is ready add the sauce, the parmigiano cheese and stir.
